During this interactive session, participants will take part in an interactive game, fishbowl discussion, and a Q&A session with current students and recent alumni of arts admin programs to discover what real-world skills students need to succeed. We will explore topics such as resume building, networking, job searching, equity/diversity/inclusion and how these directly relate to the arts administration field. The session will also include time to talk about resources educators need their programs to provide in order to successfully talk about these skills with their students.
