3C Theatre Partners is a Chicago-based consulting practice established by Diane Claussen and Cree Rankin in 2018. Diane and Cree share a life-long passion and commitment to theatre and arts education, and since meeting in New Jersey 30 years ago they have worked together and separately in producing and management, marketing, fundraising, casting and education at George Street Playhouse, Court Theatre, Paper Mill Playhouse, Philadelphia Theatre Company, New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Congo Square Theatre, Northwestern and DePaul universities. Their work is focused on strategic planning and leadership, revenue expansion, crisis management, casting and arts education. Diane and Cree created 3CTP to do the work they love and to give back to their artistic home – the Chicago theatre community.
